November 2, 2026

Jennifer L. Davis joined Align Technology as CEO-elect and a member of the board on November 2, 2026 (Align Technology press release, SEC filing). She will become president and CEO on December 31, 2026, succeeding Joseph M. Hogan, who has led the Invisalign maker since 2015. Align announced the plan on October 28, 2026.
Davis has 33 years of experience in innovation, digital transformation and brand building. Her most recent role was CEO of Procter & Gamble's Global Healthcare business, a multibillion-dollar portfolio that included oral health brands. Board chairman Kevin Conroy pointed to her consumer healthcare background as a fit for Align's plans.

The plan gives Davis about 2 months working alongside Hogan before she takes over. Hogan then stays on the board until after the June 16, 2027 strategy meeting. Align treats more than 307,000 doctor customers and says about 24.2 million patients have used Invisalign over 29 years.
